Blessed be the name of the Lord, blessed be Your name. Blessed be the name of the Lord, blessed be Your glorious name! You give and take away, You give and take away. My heart will choose to say, blessed be Your name.
We will never be able to understand or comprehend certain things here on this Earth, hence why we are not God. However, Justin and I have experienced the amazing grace and mercy that only our Heavenly Father can bestow on us. I am so thankful for my wonderful husband, our wonderful families, our wonderful friends, and the blessing of HOPE that God gives us every day!
This is a poem that a friend of my Mom's sent to me and Justin. Go ahead and grab a tissue:
You both are very lucky; I know that this is true
God picks some special Moms and Dad’s
There are only a few.
See, God has these special babies
That are conceived with Angel fate,
They’re expected soon in heaven and sometimes they cannot wait
I‘m really very smart you see, I already knew my name
And, I’m not just an infant; See up here we're all the same.
See I won’t miss the toys you’d buy or the games Daddy planned
I have lots of pets and things right here, in The Promise Land.
All those animals that were born and died
And all the children’s toys that were broke and tossed aside
They play with me and talk to me and really, We’re just fine.
There is no sadness where I live, Babies never cry,
And we are all just perfect so we never wonder why?
The stars are my night-light, the Clouds a pillow for my head.
The Angels spread their wings for me and this they call my Bed.
So when you see a little one or a baby makes you sad.
Don’t miss me, I am with you, I’m in Heaven, I’m not dead.
Then whisper to another child my nursery rhyme instead.
Now I’m telling you this story, it’s not a fairy tale at all!
See Sometimes angels have to fly, before they learn to crawl.
