-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 tsp. vanilla
-2 tbsp. low fat sour cream
-2 cup flour
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. baking soda
-2 cups granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
-Chopped pecans and raisins are optional
Topping:
-2 tbsp. butter, melted
-2 tbsp. flour
-1 tbsp. cinnimon
-2 tbsp. sugar
Mix all ingredients until crumbly.

Directions:
Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing until thoroughly blended. Fold in apples. Grease 9 X 5 bread pan. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing. Can be wrapped tightly and frozen up to 4 month. :)
